Crane Operator Cabins Description
- Constructed with a high-strength frame formed by welding profiles, covered with cold-rolled plates processed by CNC machines, giving the cabin a crisp and smooth appearance.
- The frame interior is lined with fireproof, heat-insulating, and soundproof materials, and decorated with medium-density boards and aluminum composite panels or thin steel plates riveted into shape.
- Windows are typically made of 5mm thick tempered or laminated glass, with a light transmission rate of at least 80%.
- Glass is secured with rubber strips, and the front windshield can be fitted with protective guardrails.
- Equipped with a door lock to prevent accidental opening during crane operation.
- The seat is fitted with a shock-absorbing mechanism, ensuring safety and comfort.
- The cabin is equipped with an air conditioner or cooler to create a comfortable environment for the operator.
- The cabin floor is covered with flame-retardant, insulated, anti-slip materials with low thermal conductivity.
- The cabin paint uses epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane topcoat, with a total film thickness of no less than 120µm.
- The cabin offers a wide field of vision, allowing the operator to clearly observe the lifting device and movement of the lifted items within the work area.
- Layout is designed for convenience, providing sufficient space for operation, movement, and maintenance.
