Product Introduction
Gantry cranes or Goliath Cranes are very versatile cranes used typically for activities in steel warehouse, precast yards, construction sites, port, train station, powe plant and other outdoor applications.
Include single girder gantry crane, double girder gantry crane, semi gantry crane, trussed gantry crane. Suitable for indoor and outdoor usage.
Container gantry crane is a type of large wharf gantry crane which at container terminals for loading and unloading intermodal containers. It is available with span of 5~8 containers wide (plus a truck width) and with lifting height from 1 over 3 to 1 over 6 containers high.
Container gantry crane composed of a gantry structure that can traverse the length of a wharf or yard on a rail. Instead of general hook, container gantry crane equipped with a specialized handling tool usually we called it spreader, which will be lowered on top of the container and used for locks onto the container’s four corner casting. Gantry crane normally lift one set container at once.

Container Hanger
Professtional container gantry crane need to equip with professional container hanger to unload containers. It can be hydraulic type or electric type.
Main Beams
Q235/Q345 carbon structural steel. Main beam with strong box type and standard deflection. The main weld line is maked by submerged-arc welding.
Ground Beam
When crane capacity or span is large, to reduce wheel load, need to use crane trolley trolley.
Ground beam connect the support legs and crane travel trolley.
Crane Travel Trolley
To largely reducer crane wheel pressure and ensure crane travel's stability, container gantry crane trolley is complex and flexible.
Support Legs
Each gantry crane have four pcs support legs, which connect gantry crane's main beam and ground beam.
Winch
The work duty for professional container gantry crane normally is A8. The lift mechanism will include two sets drums, motors, so that can ensure container’s stability.
