Crane Hooks

Crane Hook is a part of a hoist or crane trolley such as overhead crane and gantry crane. We, Dafang Crane provides light duty hooks (Capacity: 0.5t – 20t), heavy duty hooks (Capacity: 20t – 500t), forged hooks, laminated hooks and all kinds of special-purpose hooks.

Except for normal hook, our hot-sale hook also has plate hook, which is generally used for metallurgical crane, large tonnage crane, or for special purposes spreader, etc.  Generally made of high-quality Q235B or Q345B riveted, hook cavity and hook mouth generally inlaying protection plate. 

• The hook can be divided by use purpose: Hoist hook, double beam crane hook, truck crane hook, hook block, non-standard hook.
• The hook can divided by form: Single hook, double hook, single plate hook, double plate hook, eye hook, claw hook.
• Moreover, still has other rotating hook group, insulation hook group, explosion-proof hook group and other extension type hook.

• Standard capacity has 3.2t-200t
• Is composed of hook head, hook beam, hook nut, pulley, pulley shaft, yoke plate, hook shell, bearing, insurance card, shaft sleeve, bolt and etc.
• Has two types: fully closed and semi-closed
• Pulley has three kinds material: cast iron, cast steel and rolling. Fully closed hook is generally used in the dust environment and high safety requirements.
