Feature
- The Insulation overhead crane is suitable for smelting workshops of non-ferrous metals such as electrolytic aluminum, magnesium, lead, and zinc.
- This crane mainly consists of the bridge, crane traveling mechanism, trolley, and electrical equipment. To prevent the current from electrified equipment from passing through the lifted components to the crane, which could endanger the operator’s life and the safety of the equipment, several insulation devices are installed at appropriate locations on the crane.
- This crane operates under a heavy-duty work system. To ensure lifting safety, the hoisting mechanism is equipped with dual brakes.
- All operations of this crane are conducted from the operator’s cabin.
