プロジェクトの概要:

The project undertaken by the Saudi Affordable Housing Project Department of Jiangxi Hydropower Company is the affordable housing villa construction project of the Ministry of Housing and Construction of the Saudi Government. This project is an important part of the Saudi government’s 2030 vision. This phase of the project is the third phase of Saudi Affordable Housing, with a total of 641 villas. The main body of the project adopts a PC (prefabricated concrete) structure. The project site in this phase is located in the central and western part of Saudi Arabia, with a large temperature difference between day and night, with an annual temperature between 0 and 45 degrees, and there are many local wind and sand. The gantry crane is mainly used for the production, transportation, storage and loading of prefabricated wall panels. The project has a tight schedule and the using frequency is relatively high. The net weight (excluding adhesion) of the prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs lifted by the crane is within the range of 3 tons to 7 tons.

当社では、上記の特殊な要件を満たすために、プレキャスト工場で通常使用されているトラス型ガントリー クレーンの設計を使用せず、ボックス構造のガントリー クレーン設計を採用しました。必要な作業条件をすべて満たせるよう、容量は 10 トンに選ばれました。 3 台のクレーンのうち 2 台は同じ線路で使用され、もう 1 台は別の線路で使用される予定でした。そこで、2 台のクレーンが干渉することなく動作し続けるために、いくつかの安全装置が追加されました。

クライアントの確認後、計画通り3台のガントリークレーンを完成させ、SAに納品しました。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) の影響で、当社のエンジニアは設置や試運転作業のために海外の SA に行くことが困難でした。この旅行を実現するために、私たちは CDC に連絡し、感染リスクを下げるためにエンジニアに 新型コロナウイルス (COVID-19) ワクチンを注射してもらいました。サウジに到着した後、彼はすぐに設置の指導を始めました。設置から 1 か月後、クレーンは無事にセットアップされ、稼働しました。

現在、3 つのガントリーすべてが昼夜を問わずレール上で稼働し、サウジの手頃な価格の住宅プロジェクトに貢献しています。
