During the initial communication, the customer expressed great satisfaction with our company and products. However, their primary concern was the requirement to avoid cutting the main beam. The customer’s location is near the port of Vladivostok, but all ships servicing this port are container vessels. Since the main beam is 14.2 meters long, it would have to be cut to fit into a container. Unfortunately, no bulk carrier was willing to transport it due to its relatively small size.

An alternative option was road transportation, but the cost was prohibitively high. After persistent efforts, we successfully identified a bulk carrier that could transport the main beam without the need for cutting. The customer was delighted with this solution and immediately placed the order.

Our factory expedited production and completed the crane within one month. However, as the Chinese New Year holiday approached, transportation services were suspended. To ensure timely delivery, we arranged a dedicated truck to transport the goods to the port. The customer is expected to receive the goods within a week.
