To address the customer’s concerns, we took the following actions:

• Complete dynamic adjustment of trade terms (FOB→CIF) within 48 hours, incorporate sea freight into our cost system, and simultaneously optimize the packing plan to increase the loading rate by 15%.
• Combined with the Songkran holiday in Thailand, coordinate the shipping company to enable priority channels to ensure that the goods arrive at the port 6 working days earlier than conventional transportation.

Results achieved:

• Visualization of customer procurement costs reduced by 8.3%.
• The supply chain cycle was shortened to 18 days (the industry average was 23 days).
