Months ago, we got an inquiry for big capacity jib cranes from our old client in Tunisia. This client is a well-known local plastic product manufacturer, they need three 10t jib cranes to handle molds beside their injection molding machines.
As the cranes are used indoors, the clear height is limited, but the injection machines are so high that we need to ensure sufficient lifting height for mold-handling work.
In order to achieve this goal, we recommended electric chain hoists instead of normal wire rope hoists. In this way, the lifting height could be increased and the hook path will be tru-vertical.
After two months of production, the three jib cranes were finished and ready to ship. Twp 40 ft open-top containers were used to load all the goods. The columns are staggered and secured with some supports to avoid rolling inside the container.
Now the goods are on the way to the port, heading to our client's workshop. We provided drawing for foundation work, which is important for the installation of jib cranes. We also included the anchoring bolts for the foundation, making it easy for our client to prepare the materials.
Below I share some pictures of our goods being loaded to the containers.
