1. Gearbox: Maintenance-free, with a working duty level of M6, capable of continuous operation for up to 1900 hours under full load. The bevel gear transmission in the gearbox reduces operational noise and ensures more stable operation.
2. Brakes: Maintenance-free with minimal wear, eliminating the need for adjustment. The braking is fast and smooth. The brake housing is double-sealed, allowing it to function in harsh weather or working environments.
3. Friction Clutch: Maintenance-free. The friction clutch is integrated at the rear of the brake, providing effective overload protection. It also features a speed detector that ensures the hoist chain will never slip under abnormal conditions.
4. Control Pendant Height Adjustment: The control cable length and pendant height are infinitely adjustable within the hook travel ranges of 2-5 meters and 5-8 meters. Excess control cable can be stored in a centralized maintenance area.
