Spring cable reels

Chain cables
TLG-type steel drag chains can carry a large number of overhead crane cables and oil pipes with large weight. This type of overhead crane cables is freely suspended (allowing the use of support wheels) and has a large length. The support plate can be made according to customer needs. It is suitable for work mother machines, mobile machinery, etc. Its bending radius is 50-600mm, and the height of the chain plate is 35-150mm, which can be selected arbitrarily.

When the machine tool is operating to the maximum extent, if the width of the tow chain exceeds 300mm, and the length of the tow chain exceeds 4m, for stability reasons, you should consider choosing a tow chain that increases the size of the No. 1 specification.
- The bending radius should be selected according to the large diameter of the cable and should reach 10 times the diameter of the cable. The bending radius can be selected from 50-600mm according to the table given, and the smaller radius can be selected accordingly for small strokes.
- The length of the drag chain = 1/2 stroke + 4 bending radii, which is only applicable when the fixed connection is at the midpoint of the stroke.
- The fixation of the drag chain can be selected according to the position of the machine tool. The fixed angle steel can be placed on the periphery or the inner periphery in or outside the drag chain. Under normal circumstances, the connecting part is in the drag chain and to the periphery.
