For this 1t floor mounted jib crane, the customer and we had communicated before, we sent them drawings and quotation in December 2022, then in August 2023, our customer contacted us again and confirmed that the project had started. Later, the customer told us that he had also purchased other goods in China that needed to be shipped in this container together with our jib crane. During the shipping process, I communicated with several suppliers at the same time about the shipment, although it was very hard, but in the end the goods were delivered to the customer smoothly, and the customer was satisfied with our service, and we hope to cooperate with this customer again in the future.
