This client came to visit our factory before signing the contract. After the site visit, the customer was satisfied and signed the purchase contract.

During the production period, the client asks the third party to do the weld seam inspection and assembly record inspection. Welding quality testing is the testing of welding results to ensure the integrity, reliability, safety and serviceability of the welded structure. Common defects that can be detected from weld inspection are: 

• Stoma
• Slagging
• Unwelded
• Failure to fuse
• vết nứt
• Splattering

After finishing the test and the product is qualified, we finish the production and paint according to the client’s requirements. The client made the payment very fast and we booked 4*40HC containers for delivery of these 3 sets of overhead cranes after confirming with the client about the ETD and ETA date.
