2016年9月，肖彦青接到了ME400+400t双主梁门式起重机的电气安装任务。客户要求整车配备变频调速，配备远程控制、诊断和服务系统。由于是集团的首款产品，电气部分面临挑战。

Driven by his “drilling spirit” and “Perseverance”, after more than a month of repeated research and experimentation, the first “super-large tonnage intelligent electrical control system” was successfully tested and was approved by the General Administration of Quality Inspection and Quarantine.
